It does work with this version of Firefox on other platforms. I am not clear if this was after a VDH update or a Linux update.
Recently (sometime after 15th June 2021) it stopped working. Until now there has been nothing as good, it captured virtually everything and converted it into formats I find useful. I have Firefox 89.0.2 (64-bit) on Linux Mint 19, Cinnamon 64bit. I have been using Video Download Helper (current version 7.6.0) and its companion, VdhCoApp (current version 1.6.3) for some time to download videos from YouTube and other sites for various purposes.
